Short, basic, cheap, don't expect much.

It was conveniently located and cheap for one night while travelling, arrived late and left early, heater worked, tv worked, shower worked. Basic. Pub restaurant next door closes early so no noise.

The room smelt of damp, and was not very clean, I didn't want to walk on carpet with no shoes, cobwebs, hairs, dust, unfinished around bath and sink exposed wall; looks like someone had made a coffee had been made in kettle and not cleaned, tea and coffee making stuff but no spoons, mattress very springy and noisy. No good signs or indications for hotel as hidden at back of carpark, hard for taxi to find in dark. Only one usable wall plug away from bed for charging phone or laptop. I asked specially for the 24 hour reception to keep an eye out for taxi at 5.30am, which man said he would pass on to night person, as it was a hard location to find, when I left at 5.25am there was no one at reception just a 'back soon' sign.

staff very professional and courteous

the amount of milk you get for the brew as I like a milky coffee. credit to sarah Cal and the young man on reception welcoming and very professional nothing was too big or small to help with.

would have liked dimmer switches on the walls either too dark or too light

Servicio de habitaciones??

La amabilidad de la recepción.

Estuvimos 5 días, mi sorpresa fué que el segundo día cuando volvimos al hotel, la habitación no estaba hecha, papelera llena, nos pidieron disculpas pero a los dos días siguientes más de lo mismo. El baño tenía bañera con ducha fija a la pared sin posibilidad de moverse, muy antiguo. Falta rellenar jabón de ducha. La pila del baño rota y la cortina de la habitación desgarrada. Por último comentar de que no había enchufes en la habitación para cargar los móviles.

Very Good

Staff were friendly and it's in a good location, just a 10 mi ute walk from Heaton park. Everything that you need. Bed was very comfy.

In the room there was quite a strong smell of smoke. It was on the material. Even when I closed the curtains. I did have a spray with me and did spray it a few times to take the smell away. Was there again as soon as we woke up.

Peaceful, quiet and serene for a much needed rest! Thank you!

I had travelled a long distance and was very tired when we arrived around past midnight. Staff was very patient and helpful in securing my room. So I am very happy and will be staying there again and suggest property to friends. Nice and friendly staff and such a peaceful and quiet place to stay. Same as check out, quick and easy no force.
